New Year in Singapore

The ideal new year celebration for us is spending the media noche with my husband's family and visiting my family on the 1st of January. For 2013, we opted to celebrate New Year with our friends in Singapore since I already run out of annual leaves.

New Year celebration won't be complete if we don't have a fiesta like noche buena.

All of the dishes are all our specialties, we had red snapper with buttered veggies, marshmallow pops, leche flan, tuna cucumber in seaweed, pasta, menudo, lumpiang shanghai and of course palitao!

Fish, pork and palitao for prosperity..

13 fruits for a whole year of fortune..

Fireworks display is usually at the city near Marina Bay Sands. The place is expected to be crowded that's why we chose to stay at home and watch it on TV.

We enjoyed the night singing, laughing and chatting.

We welcomed the new year with a blast indeed. Wishing everyone a bountiful 2013! Peace and love.
