Homemade Delish

Discovering homemade dishes is one of my favorite hobbies, I love fish and vegetables so I am delighted every time I come up with a new recipe.

It's just mixing and matching of veggies and fruits, like when I tried to steam asparagus, zucchini, slice oranges, mix strawberries and shred lettuce. A very nice side dish for a simple breakfast commoner luncheon meat.
Or maybe tuna kebab, grilling the tuna with tomatoes, onions and bell pepper in a stick.

Veggie Delight!

Fresh vegetables are ideal for healthy meals like sliced tomatoes with steamed carrots, young corn and broccoli. A good match for my hubby's fried breaded fish fillet.

Fish fillet often goes with mayo, for a twist we add lots of onions.
My tuna boat is something I love cooking because it's fast and easy.
 Tuna Boat

I saute garlic in a little oil, then I add tuna. I like it when the tuna is quite crispy . Then I add chopped onions ( white/red ), carrots and potatoes. When the potatoes are done I add the mushrooms and the pineapple cubes. I let the tuna mix dry for a bit.

For the boat, I use lettuce but actually it can be a boat or a wrap. I pour enough tuna mix in one boat and as an option I also spread a little mayo sauce with onions on top to add flavor.

Salmon Optimized!

Salmon is quite expensive in the Philippines but during holidays I like having it.

Salmon On Potato Bed

First, grease the pan with a little butter and cook the salmon plus sprinkle salt and pepper. The fish will be cooked in it's own moist, fry until the fish is tender. Set aside.

To prepare the potato bed, saute the garlic and onion in a little butter. Then add in the baby potatoes, continue until the potatoes turn golden brown. Add the carrots and corn, simmer for 3-5 minutes. Add parsley or celery for a yummy smell. Sprinkle salt and pepper.

Prepare the potato bed in a platter and set the salmon on the potato bed.

Buttered Pasta with Salmon  Bits

Prepare the pasta according to your choice. Set aside.
Saute garlic and onion in butter. Add chopped tomatoes, cover the pan to keep the moisture. Add mushrooms and pineapple cubes and stir. Add the pasta and stir until the sauce is evenly distributed.

Prepare in a bowl, sprinkle the crispy salmon and parsley.

 Fruity Delight

Mix the fruit cocktail in a bowl, add a can of condensed milk and cream. Put cherry on top and chill.
Easy and fast dessert!
For an appetizer, I came up with the combination of mushroom and cheese.

Cheesy-mushy

Make a quarter slit on the whole champignons. Cut the cheese into small cubes and insert in the champignons. Bake until the cheese melts.
