Tip1: For reservations, visit 8Waves' official website.
http://www.8waveswaterpark.com.ph/
Tip2: Since the resort is located quite a distance from the city proper, it's more convenient to use your own transportation.
Tip3: The resort is a secured area and it has a vast parking area to accommodate the guests.
Tip4: 8Waves also accommodates events, I attended my friend's wedding and the wedding dinner was held at one of the function halls. The venue arrangement was nice, the food is acceptable I can say.
But because of time constraints I think the wedding reception program was a bit rush.
Tip5: After attending a tiring event, 8Waves made it more convenient for guests when they built their hotel just adjacent the resort. The hotel is clean although it is more of a bed and breakfast type.
Tip6: Bathroom is clean although a bit old, toiletries were provided.
Tip7: Always secure the room, they don't have safety boxes. Do not leave valuables inside the room, the hotel will not be liable of any loss.
Tip8: Wifi is only available at the lobby.
Tip9: Hotel's furnitures and decorations are very Filipino. Walk around the hotel to enjoy the paintings and other displayed crafts.
Tip10: They also have other resort facilities like billiard halls, shops, restaurants and cottages for day tour.
Tip11: Do not forget to enjoy the resort, try all the pools from kiddie pools to lap pools to the famous 8Waves wave pool.
It's always fun to spend time with family, enjoy a day of swimming and relax under the sun.
