Korean Stop at Libis Quezon City

With my bestfriends, we spent the morning in Divine Mercy Shrine in Bulacan. It was past lunch when we went back to Manila, I was hungry. Padre Pio Church is the next stop but I suggested to have lunch first. By the way, it's advisable not to wear shorts and short skirts when visiting Padre Pio. They provided me malong to cover myself. Please learn from me! :)
We were driving along E. Rodriguez Libis, Quezon City when we saw Jang Gun Korean Restaurant. Me and my husband are both Korean foodies, it was my bessy's first try though.

There's not a lot of people in the resto when we came, I was thinking maybe because it was already past 2pm. The place was simple but cozy.

The staffs are friendly, they served service tea for the guests.
Also they serve Banchan, set of Korean side dishes.
The dishes are delightful appetizers for guests as hungry as me. Sweet banana, seaweed, eggplant etc are rich in Korean flavor.
The famous kimchi is a must!
We had japchae, kimbap and dolgot bibimbab. Truly satisfying!

Their menu can already be considered a wide variety of Korean food.

The plate decors with guests' messages are also eye-catching.
Jang-gun is worth a try specially when driving along Libis. It's also affordable, this resto suits people who likes casual dining. Happy bellies once again!
