Celebrating Love in the City of Lights Paris, France

Paris, France established it's reputation quite well as one of the most romantic cities in the world. Some would say that it is actually the most romantic city in the world. Traveling to Paris has been a wonderful experience because I shared it with the love of my life.

Tip1: During weekends it's free parking in the city. You just need to go early else there'll be no more available parking slots.

Tip2: The description of the Pantheon is at their website  http://www.pantheonparis.com/ .

The Pantheon is a building that looks like a Catholic church outside because of the dome and the architecture. At the center of the building is the Foucalt pendulum, it is an interesting fact that the pendulum shows the rotation of the earth. It works like a clock and is one of the most sought attraction in Paris.
Aside from Foucalt's Pendulum, paintings are also available for the tourists to enjoy in the building. Depicting French History and France's brave heroes during the French Revolution.

The basement of the Pantheon was converted to a mausoleum of the famous Frenchmen like Victor Hugo.
Tip3: Just opposite the Pantheon is the Jardin du Luxembourg, it is the second largest public park in Paris.

Tip4: Around the area are cafes where most of the locals and the tourists like hanging out.
On a sunny day, a lot are sunbathing.

Tip5: There are also bicycle kiosk around the city, you can try to cycle around and it's a better option than walking around the city.

Eiffel Tower is a stand-out, the highlight of Paris tour. In daylight the tower is a great view for the locals and tourists alike.

Tip6: Most of the people chose to have picnics and sunbath around the tower.

Tip7: There are portable toilets around the area.

Tip8: There are also river cruise in the city, the night tour is a nice way to enjoy a romantic dinner in the City of Lights.
Tip9: We had quite a long walk from Eiffel Tower to Arc de Triomphe. Paris has double-decker buses for tourists.

The Arc de Triomphe is one of the most famous monuments in Paris, it stands at Place charles de Gaulle and Champs-Elysees.
The Avenue des Champs-Elysees is a long street of cafes, cinemas and luxury shops. We walked along the avenue on our way to The Louvre.

Tip10: We traveled early summer, it's a clear sunny day in Paris. Bring sunscreen to protect your skin from the heat of the sun.

There are a lot of historic monuments, famous buildings and beautiful fountains in the city.

Musee du Louvre is one of the world's largest museums, a historic monument and one of the most visited museums as well. The official website of the Louvre is http://www.louvre.fr/en .
It is also the home of Leonardo da Vinci's masterpiece, The Mona Lisa. It is considered a treasure and a permanent display of the museum.

Tip11: The city is usually crowded, be careful of your belongings specially at night.
Tip12: Along Moulin Rouge there are a lot  shops and restaurants, some are shops for adults.

Tip13: At night, Eiffel Tower is pleasuring the city with it's lights show every hour. It is splendid and romantic.

Tip14: Do not forget to bring home some Parisian souvenirs!

It is indeed one of the most romantic experience in the City of Lights. The city is always celebrating the glory of love.
